By using Product Comparison (“the tool”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

Provided as-is

The tool is provided by Galt Software “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Galt Software does not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

Your keys and costs

You supply your own Google Gemini API key and are solely responsible for it and for any usage charges Google bills to your account. Keep your key secure; the tool stores it only in your browser.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for using the tool in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of the websites and services it accesses on your behalf — including Google's API terms, the reader-proxy provider's terms, and the terms of the product pages you compare. Do not use the tool to infringe others' rights or to access content you are not permitted to.

AI-generated output

Extractions and comparisons are generated by an AI model from third-party page content and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing the tool produces is professional, financial, or purchasing advice. Verify important details — especially prices and availability, which change — before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galt Software is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tool, including any purchasing decisions made using its output, or any costs incurred through third-party services.

Changes

These terms may change; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
